In 2019, my life fell apart. What I thought was a stable, healthy life (it was in a lot of
ways) completely unraveled.

My marriage ended, my kids were growing up and moving out, and I was
left questioning everything: Who am I? What is important to me? How am I showing
up? Where do I go from here?

No one could answer those questions for me. Through deep exploration, great
support, and courage and drive I didn’t realize I had, I can now look back and have great compassion for that woman I was.

Today, I am stronger and more resilient than I could have imagined just a few years ago.

I have an endless curiosity about how we, as humans, feel and relate to each other. We have an incredible resource of intuition that can guide us through life and my mission is to bring clients home to themselves. Together, we get back to that place of knowing and trusting that voice that has all the answers we long for.

My coaching helps women in their mid-life who have lived busy, successful lives who are now looking at the next phase of life and want to explore what lies beneath and what is calling them forward. I bring the practice of mindfulness, awareness and emotional intelligence into my work as a coach and doula, mother and friend.

My name is
Lori Faulkner

and my calling to coach started 20 years ago as a doula and 14 years ago as a life coach. In 2020, I went deeper into health and life coach training and consciously chose it as a career path. I have been diving deep into the world of peri menopause and menopause and the changes that come with it, and bringing my role as a doula into supporting women through these midlife changes.

If you're in the midlife phase of your life, you may feel that things are changing. What felt good a few years, months ago, feels less fulfilling. Our bodies change, our relationships and family dynamics change and our connection with our work and environment can change too. While this may feel uncomfortable and strange, it is age appropriate and ok.

When we enter our 40s, we typically think we should have it all figured out. And even though we’ve figured out a lot, we’ve been hustling, getting ahead, creating a foundation, only to discover that there is space for something deeper. I’m here to hold the highest vision of you and help guide you toward that.
